Bookings & Payments

All bookings and payments are made securely through the Magpie Moon website’s payment system.
By booking a service, you confirm that the details you provide are true and accurate, and that you have permission to use the chosen payment method.

Payments must be completed in full at the time of booking.

Magpie Moon Ltd does not directly collect or store personal data from visitors or clients.
All booking, payment, and communication data is securely processed and stored through trusted third-party providers — Squarespace (website hosting and forms) and Stripe (payment processing).
These platforms are fully compliant with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and GDPR regulations.
Magpie Moon Ltd only accesses limited contact details necessary to deliver booked services (such as your name, appointment time, and email address) through a secure password-protected calendar system.
No session notes are held, and recordings are only saved or shared with your expressed consent.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. To honour both your time and ours, the following applies:

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your scheduled reading or session may be refunded in full.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.

• If you wish to reschedule within the 72-hour window, this may be offered at Magpie Moon’s discretion, and a £15 administrative fee will apply.

• If a reader or practitioner needs to reschedule within that time frame, your booking will be moved without penalty or refunded if preferred.

No-shows are treated as late cancellations and are not eligible for refund

We accept no responsibility for technical issues, delays, or interruptions beyond our control, including those arising from third-party service providers.
